V snahe vytvoriť pre všetkých pretekárov rovnaké podmienky a tiež pre zachovanie historického charakteru krnôh, boli vydané nasledovné technické predpisy:
- Krnohy - musia byť vyrobené z dreva
- Spojovací materiál - môžu sa použiť klince, drevoskrutky, lep, prípadne plechové pláty - nie na klzných častiach plazov
- Pohon krnôh - zabezpečuje ľudská sila a sklon trate, iný druh pohonu je zakázaný.
- Brzdy - len nohy pretekárov, žiadne iné druhy nie sú povolené.
- Klanice vpredu aj vzadu, zvonce, roľničky, ozdobné stužky, reklamné nápisy od sponzorov sú povolené.
- Pretekári: Musia byť dvaja a sedieť za sebou. Sedieť vedľa seba počas pretekov je zakázané.
- Jazdiť a pohybovať sa po trati v protismere pretekov je zakázané.
- Výstroj: Odev pretekárov musí byť pevný a teplý. Musí ochrániť pretekárov pred chladom a v prípade havárie pred možným úrazom. Najvhodnejším oblečením je kroj. Rukavice podľa ľubovoľného výberu - nie sú povinné.
- Obuv - vysoká, pevná a teplá.
- Prikrývka hlavy - baranica, čiapka, prilba - podľa ľubovoľného výberu - nie je povinná.
- Protesty: Protesty proti meraniu času a hromadné protesty sa neprijímajú. Ostatné protesty za poplatok 999.-Sk v písomnej forme 10 min. po vyvesení výsledkov sa podávajú riaditeľovi pretekov. V prípade zamietnutia protestu vklad prepadá v prospech usporiadateľa.
TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
